For most of my life I was tall and slender. I avoided the gym because, in my mind, it was all about machines. Machines I can’t fit in, and therefore I can’t bulk up.
Then, I discovered free weights.
As silly as it sounds, that actually gave me the boost. No cramping on tiny seats or hitting my head. Now, two years in, I’m finally satisfied with my body. Consistency paid off.

What will happen once you visit all the countries? For many visiting them all is a goal, but I don't like such a demeaning perspective. That's why I prefer to come back to the same destinations to deepen my relationships with locals and understand their culture

Remote work, exciting destinations, fast internet, etc. — these are all easy to find. The one thing that's a true challenge for nomads is friendship. The good news is that the more you work on it, the better your staying-in-touch skills will become.
