Work never stops when your office is everywhere.

That's the trap I fell into as a nomad. No commute means no mental switch between work and life. I learned this the hard way in Bali, answering emails at midnight because “it's just one more thing.”

Now I set strict rules. Work ends at 5 PM, no exceptions. My laptop stays closed on weekends. I book activities in advance so I actually explore instead of “just checking Slack.”

Boundaries aren't optional.
