Tenerife has plenty of stunning beaches. Yet, as I'm getting older, I start to appreciate being with trees even more.
The pine forests of Corona Forestal create a unique microclimate. Milder temperatures, a fresh breeze, and this subtle sound you hear? It's not the ocean, it's the trees singing. A gentle green noise from the wind moving through the pines.
This is why I love hiking here. Not just for mindful Shinrin-yoku, but to be with nature and with people. Walking together, discovering what this beautiful forest has for us.
